OH WELL, Ima go ahead and update anyways.
SOES. I have gotten into my university of choice AND I am currently getting used to the swing of things with my classes. It's in the same city that I originally live in, so no worries about transportation, thank goodness... :'D
I'm currently taking Short literature English, English history, Art history, Sociology, and JAPANESE. I KNOW RIGHT, it's so awesome.
My professors are all pretty awesome and funny.
Anddd in regards to the art program that I did the portfolio interview for, I unfortunately did not get in this year. D: Prolly because there are, like I said, 200 people trying to get into a class with a capacity of 25... And I just HAD to go for the very last interview date... -.-
I assure you, though, that's not going to happen again. I'm planning to go for the very first interview date, with my portfolio all spiffed up!
Which brings me to the topic of what artwork I'm doing atm. Well, in the past months I've been working more on my writing abilities than anything else, which I admit, DO need plenty of work... But I DID create two watercolours: "The Colourful Diver" [link] and "Sonic the Hedgehog" [link] which I did as a birthday present for my boyfriend, who is the biggest Sonic fan that I know. ^w^
I DO still need to finish the Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn, and James Dean paintings, which my sister wants for her apartment still... D: AND that bust of Shakespeare is not done yet either... OI, I am such a procrastinator... -.-'
BUT yes, just a meagre update, if anyone is actually interested in my artwork and what messages I write here. So now I shall be off to study my Japanese, I do have a test tomorrow... :'D
Sayonara!
